ABOUT OFFICERS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL 

OFFICERS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Began with only 5 students in April 2015. The Director & founder of OIS Shri Vinod Nagar is inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda & Shri Shri Ravishankar. OIS children’s are taught the value of “Satyamev Jayate & Vashudhaiva Kutumbakam”. It aims at developing mental and physical development of each child.

The school intends to set optimism in its students so that they learn & acquire the positive traits of life as how to learn, anywhere, anytime thus enriching their skills continuously.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

The admission procedure at OFFICERS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is friendly and transparent.

  1. Every parent shall visit and fill the enquiry form first. It includes details of the child and the parents. Click here to fill the Online Admission Enquiry Form.Parents are advised not to fill more than one enquiry form for one applicant.
  2. Admission is on First Come First Serve Basis.
  3. Admission to Grades KG and Prep will be through a formal interaction of the parents and
    child with the teacher.
  4. Admission to Grades I and above will be based on the written entrance test.
  5. Date and time for the interaction/entrance test will be intimated to the parents.
  6. Final decision of giving admission (and in which class) will be of the School based on the Test/ Interaction.
  7. The Registration fee can be submitted by the parents before interaction/entrance test. Kindly note that registration charge is non refundable & needs to be paid ONE time only.
  8. Incomplete registration form will not be accepted.
  9. Kindly submit below mentioned documents along with remaining amount within 15 days of submitting registration charges, failing which the offer of admission stand cancelled & the seat will be offered to another applicant.

   DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • Self-Attested Copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Residence Address Proof-Aadhar Card /Passport/Electricity Bill/Ration Card /Voter ID
  • Aadhar Card of the child and both parents
  • School Leaving Certificate (Class II onwards)
  • 6 passport size photographs of child & 2 passport size photographs of both parents
  • Blood Group report of a Child
  • Latest Report Card of the previous School attended
  1. All the admissions will strictly depend upon the Age Criteria given below. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Punctuality on all occasions is a demand of the school. Children must reach school 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
  2. During an academic session 75% attendance is compulsory.
  3. Regular School uniform and House uniform is compulsory for all the students. Parents should provide well washed and ironed uniform to their ward to look smart in class.
  4. Every student should carry the school diafy on each school day.
  5. Name of the student who is absent from the class for more than 15 days without prior permission will be struck off from the attendance register.
  6. Since the school imparts education to boys and girls, these fore it is expected from the students to observe a high standard of decorum as per the norms of cultured society If students are using regular and abusive language. They will be dealt with accordingly. While in the school premises students should abstain themselves from speaking loudly, shouting, makingnoise, whistling and yelling
  7. Collection of money for any purpose is strictly prohibited
  8. All the students must speak in english while they are inschool campus.
  9. To avail leave students must submit an application addresses to the principal and duly singed by the parent. In case of medical leave a duly certified medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner should be attached to the application.
  10. Students found bringing crackers, sprinkling colors on fellow snadents wall and Furniture etc. Will be punished and a fine will be imposed accordingly.
  11. Students found carrying sharp-edged instruments, like knife and fine arms shall be punished by suspension or termination from the school
  12. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable items, eg watch, mobile phone, pen, calculator etc
  13. Students found violating the laid rules and regulations and code of conduct of the school will be rendered liable to punishment/ suspension from the class or termination from the rolls of the school.
  14. Unauthorized absence from the school shall be considered as a serious misconduct. Strong disciplinary action shall be taken against the defaulter. In case unauthorized absence exceeds a period of 15 days, the name of the students shall be struck off the rolls of school. In case readmission is granted admission fee will be changed.
  15. Carrying cell phones, CD’s E-games, pen drive and wearing fancy shoes, Jewellery is not permitted. Skirts should be knee-length, Oversized, undersized and shabby uniforms are notallowed.
  16. Parents and guardians are not permined to enter classroom to meet their children or seek unscheduled interviews with teachers during school hours.
  17. No strangersareallowed to meet the children.
  18. Students should not break any furniture or fixtures within the school campus. Any student causing damage to the school property will be charged along with a fine.
  19. Misbehavior on the part of parents guardians with any member of the school staff may also lead to expulsion of the student from the school.
  20. Students should always observe silence in the verandas, corridors of the school, Running, Playing or Shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
  21. The daily requirements and tiffin have to be brought to school by the staideats. Na liems will be accepted at the reception orgate.
